In furtherance of operation Safe Haven Determination to rid the plateau of cultists, armed robbers and kidnappers has continued to raid criminal and Cultists Hideouts.

A total of 33 suspects including cultists, cult activities financiers and other criminals were arrested. They were arrested from Terminus market,Rwang Pam street, Rochas building, Ahmadu Bello Way and Angwan Rukuba In Jos North LGA.

In the same vein, At about 11.30 pm on 26th November 2020, Own troops engaged a gang of Arm robbers along road Anguldi- Maraban Jamaa In Jos South LGA. One of the armed robbers was neutralized while others fled with gunshot wounds.

A Locally fabricated pistol and some quantities of ammunition were recovered from the arm robbers. Operation safe Haven is resolute in ensuring that armed robbers, cultists and kidnappers have no hiding place on the Plateau. We shall continue to hunt them so as to have a peaceful  Yuletide season. All Law-abiding citizens are enjoined to continue to give OPSH timely information that will assist us in getting rid of the criminals in the state.
