The quality and wearability of some of the pieces the year is surprising, i cant deny that i had lost all hope years ago. But, with what i am seeing i feel ashamed of myself for losing hope .

For me its started of with Denola Grey.

And i have to mention that the level of comfort the event goers now control when attending the events with their ever table shaking outfits is very surprising.  It almost makes Lagos look like a country of its own. You can also say, its competing with the craziness of UK and Japan. Exhibit A: Safety pins for gele, artistic i must say.

And the designers are creating some very cool African inspired designs. See a very African tie and dye jumper piece from Kikoromeo.

But, something got me surprised. Why are people not talking about Maxivive collection, or did the too much stew cover their eyes? 

Imagine going for fashion week and you see this,
