Members of Tudun Wada community in Nasarawa Local Government Area of Kano State, have cried out for help as heavy flooding in their environment has led to dead bodies being exhumed from the cemetery in their area. The residents say heavy downpour which started last Friday and continued to Sunday, has caused some dead bodies to be washed out from their graves. They claim they have seen human skeletons and fresh corpse floating in the cemetery since the rains started. The community members claim this is not the first time they would be experiencing such.

The community members have appealed to the state government to address the issue immediately so as to avoid an epidemic.
